Why ATG
WHY ATG OUTLASTS AND OUTPERFORMS
ATG uses a calcium sulfonate thickener which alone has an extremely high drop point, mixed with our exclusive blend oil and ultra-performance additives we do not require any glues or tackifiers to bind our product like the vast majority of our competitors therefore our grease will hold its form and will not break down under the most extreme conditions such as high heat, pressure and wet corrosive environment ensuring your equipment is lubricated when you need it most.
Our ultra-performance additives actually penetrate 3-5 microns into the surface metal and virtually fill all of the microscopic pits and groves creating a honed metal to metal surface, reducing the heat and friction generated by moving parts creating less wear and tear and increasing the longevity of equipment.
ATG’s unique formula provides excellent thermal stability with a drop point of 300°C/572°F which means your grease will hold its form and stay where it is needed, meaning you will use less product less often saving you valuable time and money and avoiding failures.

Andrew – Rendering Plant Engineer
“After years of limited success trialling several different manufacturers and styles of lubrication on our high temperature, high load equipment (40 tonne rotor operating at 180 degrees Celsius at the bearing) I was willing to see if the ‘fairy tales’ about Advanced Technology Grease were true.
A three month trial on our hottest and heaviest machine showed no sign of separation, whereas previous greases had separated to the point that there was solid thickener material within the housing. In my opinion, the Advanced Technology Grease is definitely a value-adding solution to your lubrication program.”

GREG HYLAND – MAINTENANCE MANAGER
“Advanced Technology Grease Has been a game changer, our service downtime has been halved with a massive reduction in maintenance and repairs required. In the past 14 months since using ATG we have not had one Kingpin or Shackle Bush failure. I feel in our wet, harsh operating conditions our results speak volumes.”
